KOKO PÂTISSERIE

Koko Pâtisserie is the culmination of a dream held by a wife and husband team.  Marcie and Kirby Punshon's passion for food started when she Marcie was seven years old and began baking with her mum. As a teenager, she found a second mentor when she began working at one of the city’s first haute cuisine restaurants — Mieka’s. Marcie continued to train ever since, including time at the renowned Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa. 


Koko sources local and national ingredients.  We use real butter and Callebaut chocolate.
